umm, i am right near 300 rwhp with those pistons and rings. Bobby Ali (another local) has made 450 on them...
cast pistons do not differ greatly in quality...

^^^^those just seem stock?the ones i posted have some type of coating on them...

my best bet is to do some work on the side for extra money to built this thing right the first tme.then save some more and built the turbo kit after i'm broken in.

anyone need any work doen to their cars around the pitt pa area? :icon_bigg

those r coated nippon racing pistons. i have a balanced 20 over set with hastings rings (non-coated) for sale if interested- for no where near wat they r asking. honestly, they r good alternative to forged, but i wouldnt try running 600hp on them either.

i bought a complet engine kit with those pistons in it for 300 and some small change shipped.

those pistons, i figured for all the parts i got i got the pistons for close to 50 bucks for the complete set with rings.

they look great for a stock build.

I wouldn't get them.

If you're going to get that far into the car, you might as well get it done once, and get it done the right way. Beats kicking yourself later down the road if you decide to change it up.
