i have a manual r154 tranny and the old thread couple ppl said mtL redline. then a few other ppl said mt-90
Whats the difference? which redline oil do i use for my manual tranny?

I've always used Royal Purple 75W90 with great results, it eliminated all of the grinding going into reverse.
