I found out my 89...

...has an 88 ECU.
Does this cause any problems? I havent noticed anything bad happening.
If it does, Im scooping up an 89 ECU I saw at the local yard tomorrow. Thanx in advance.

yellow or grey connectors on your harness? the plugs are color matched the yellow being before 89. 89 they ran both just depending when yours was made if the one you get is 89 grey could be wrong and not run right once warmed up
