And digital meters suck for doing it since they have a delay...

I think i managed to do it with the digital. I tuned it until it supposedly deflects. Where it goes to the highest resistance then it'll go to nothing so i turned it back to that fine line before the highest resistance and nothing. It's hard to explain but i believe i tuned it correctly. I then tested idl, e2, etc at the proper .50 and .90mm and 0mm.. as well as wot and it all came within specs. I hope it works out.
