Hey guys im sure this is a repost but i cant seem to find it.
So i put in 89+ tails into my 86.5 and now im getting super fast blinking turn signals. One of the 89+ didnt have bulbs so i just transferred over my pre89's bulbs, could this be the problem? also what kind of bulbs do the 89+ taillights use? mine are all corroded over the writing.

Turn signals and backup lights are 1156 bulbs, brake light/parking lights are 1157's

Sounds like you have a problem in your turn signal bulbs.

The flasher uses resistance to flash correctly...changing over to LED bulbs will do the exact same thing. I'll bet one of your bulbs is burned out or the corrosion you mentioned is causing a problem.
