HP Question?

What will the power diff be from switching a full turbo back 3" w/ High flow cat exhuast system to a full turbo back 4" exhuast system with no cat?

My Hp now is 345whp and 357 ft lbs with the 3 " W/ HFC So lets say I wont change anything else. Just the 4"dp No cat + 4 " exhuast
