how would you guys ship 4 wheels i mean what can 4 wheels weight like 150 lbs with out air for mk4 16's? but the websites say has to be freight and thats like 300 bucks?
how would you recomend shipping 4 wheels?

i had a friend who bought 4 tires mounted on wheels from some online tirestore. as long as you "package them individually" UPS will ship them if there under 60 lbs each..
i used grey hound for 2 boxes,each with 2 91-92 5 spokes. i beleive fedex or ups brought my 17's with tires to me, once again 2 to a box. shipping was a bunch in both cases though.
I bought my wheels and they came individually boxed. I've received wheels and tires through UPS, no problems at all.

Yea my friend just bought wheels online and they were 4 individual boxes, like 23lbs. each, 150 for shipping on all 4 from west coast to east.
yea i ordered some for my mom via tire rack and just ship individually, shipping was free 
but would have just been about $60 had i payed for it.
they just tape the lips and put carboard strip arround it with some zip ties and its good to go.

they shouldnt weigh 150lbs total, i went to ship my sawblades with tires on and full of air, and UPS was only going to charge me $34 per rim & tire, just take it to UPS and have them measure and give u an estimate
