Hey guys,

I'm wondering, how does one go about putting the headlight switch back in the column once the spring and ball bearing are in it? No matter how I position the little metal plate with the two screws, I can't get them to go all together at once correctly; when I do, the normal lights work but the brights won't stay on, the switch needs to be held. Maybe I'm just not coordinated enough. If anybody knows what I'm talking about and can give me a few pointers it would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thank you,
Matt

The only problem I remember having when I replaced mine was losing the ball.

Put a glob of dielectric grease on it to help hold it all. I just had mine apart and I don't recall needing anything more than that and some patience.
