How to install a MAF-Translator and how to tune it?

i have the maf translator and the maf from the LT1 3.5"
i connected the parts but i got stuck with the purple cable...
i need help on how to tune it, and what kind of injectors do i neeD?

1) purple cable is not necessary really unless you live in a high altitude, i left mine disconnected
2) to tune it you need to monitor your vf, or do it the easy way (wideband)
3)you can use any size injector, it all depends on your other mods

the instructions that came with it explain it all perfectly

yea you can tune it....just follow the instructions. A gm maft translator does the same thing as an SAFC, just differently in the way you tune it

get a wideband to monitor A/F.

tune accordingly.

And monitof VF and satisfy its needs, or youll be geting nowhere fast, plus pretty confused.

your really confusing the hell outta me. The little knobs on the translator are for tuning. I suggest taking the car to a dyno for tuning before you blow something up
