how to fix a valve train noise

i have a valve train noise on my supra, how do you actually cure this problem, would readjusting the valves fix it or is it a bigger promblem, any suggestion on how to fix it.

Uhm, to fix valve train noise, tune up the valve train. Adjust your shim clearances (valve lash)
