remove the upper trim
remove the screw hidden by the center console piece(under the vent)
i think there is one behind the left side lower button cluster
gently pull it out,it will only go so far before you need to unplug the wiring connections
unscrew the speedo cable
carfully wrestle it out of the dash

i think there's more than 5 screws holding it in. like 5 or so up top. a couple where the steering column is. then 2 tabs behind the cover where the AC contoller is and where the switches are for the cruise and fog lights

Huh? The speedo cable is actually screwed into the speedo dash? Because mine isnt.................. My dash just slides right out after I unplug all the harnesses.

I wish you had posted this 6hrs sooner as i JUST put my dash back together.

1) Remove rubber trim around CC and stereo (should be one screw by the shifter left hand side)
2) Remove the rubber pannel with fog lights/dimmer. pops out
3) Remove upper trim (5 bolts across the top and 2 on either side down low)
4) Remove ~5 screws up top. 1 on the right hand side right next to the CC. and 1 left of CC right by the ignition switch.
5) pull out and rotate backwards then unplug harness.

hope that helps. i'm sure i missed one or 2 if someone would like to pick those up for me.

dude its pretty much self explanatory. just look and you'll see where its screwed on. it took me 10 mins to swap gauge clusters. (pulled both out, switched them, then reinstalled them) im talking two cars here. very easy imo
