I recently purchased a rolling shell as a parts car and it did not come with a key. The wheels are turned about 10 degrees which makes it a pain to move. Does anyone know how to easily break the steering column lock? I'd prefer not to break anything, but with out having a title to get another key cut I don't see another option.

If you take apart the passenger door lock there is a code on the tumbler. Any locksmith or toyota should be able to cut you a brand new key based on that.
