How rare is a TAG toyota helper light that plugs into your cig lighter?

I found one the other day in mint condition....

What is it? What does it do?

Its a little square box (2" x 3" x 1.5" thick) with a dome light in it and an on & off push button switch. It has a 3 foot long (or so Id say) cord attached to it that plugs into your sig lighter....

Yep what he said. They had a light that was movable under the hood.
