According to an online wheel calculator, my 275/40/17 rear tires are about 10.8" wide....so I'm guessing it's doable...but then again, it's all in the backspacing, so... *shrug*

Simply as a guess, if it's on a Supra already, It may not stick out too bad.
But like already mentioned, you need the offset. Call the guy.

The rear is 35 and front is 45 off set.

High offset they will be sunk not stick out. Might have issues with rubbing on the shock as well.

The rear wheel on my supra is a common 9.5in +35mm offset wheel, so let's compare it to that:

Mine: 9.5in wheel +35offset = distance from hub mounting to rim: 85.65mm (3.37in), backspacing: 155.65mm (6.13in)
Yours: 10.5in wheel +35offset = distance from hub mounting to rim: 98.35mm (3.87in), backspacing: 168.35mm (6.63in)
