Simply as a guess, if it's on a Supra already, It may not stick out too bad.
But like already mentioned, you need the offset. Call the guy.

Yeah, I'm still waiting on him. He is at work still, but isn't the wheel fitment different from the mark 4 and mark 3?

High offset they will be sunk not stick out. Might have issues with rubbing on the shock as well.

The rear wheel on my supra is a common 9.5in +35mm offset wheel, so let's compare it to that:

Mine: 9.5in wheel +35offset = distance from hub mounting to rim: 85.65mm (3.37in), backspacing: 155.65mm (6.13in)
Yours: 10.5in wheel +35offset = distance from hub mounting to rim: 98.35mm (3.87in), backspacing: 168.35mm (6.63in)
