How do you remove the black molding...

How do you remove the thick black window molding right behind the driver and passenger windows? My passenger side window-moldings are loose and I'd like to tighten them if I could only remove the cover of it first.

i think theres nuts inside the car behind the interior panel.

Yeps, gotta remove the back seats, then the lower interior panel, then the upper, and we have two nuts to tighten They are pretty far away, the holes are kinda small and the bolt itself is long, so the nut is far away, just fyi.
