how do i build up the 7mgte?

im new here and am looking into buying another supra (sold my first one and im still newb on supras and cars for that matter, i know no names or prices of any products including turbos)

but im looking into getting a 87-89 7mgte ma70
i want my end result to be alil over 350 rwhp and tq with no lag...
is 7mgte a good way to go? if not what should i look into getting?

i do not know how to achieve this or if its even possible but if it is i would need a list of what mods are required and the names of what products i would need to buy.

if its not possible what would be my next solution, since u know around what im looking for what would u suggest as a healthy alternative?

i need a step by step detailed list on what needs to be done and bought. i can most likely do the work myself unless maybe theres some tuning needed to be done?

i dont want anything 2 expensive but i do want the vehicle to last so i dont have to worry about anything. (so the cheapest way to get this done and still have the car be reliable)

i would also need a list on mods needed to be done on the body such as rear end suspension and cooling system. i wanna make it a hot rod
