i was wondering how much increase in power i will get from adding a 3 inch cat back to my turbo supra.i currently have an upgrade 60-1 turbo with 264 brian crower cams, 3 inch downpipe, hks intake. and metal headgasket

okay i'll get this out of the way for the sake of formality.

also.. its such a varied subject its hard to give even a good estimate. also how much boost are you running. I personally don't have the cams so I don't know what your working with there.. but when I upgarded my exhuast (DP to muffler) it was a DEFFINATE improvment. seeing as how you already have the DP. you won't see as much of a gain. You will notice a faster spool, I'd say its good for about 10-15hp. give or take depending on the amount of boost your running.

yeaa i know but i got it in the winter initially and dindt plan on driving it for a ltitle while and i wanted to get the big stuff out of the way first.

Use this as a good starting point: Stock step, replacing the exhaust with a full 3" catless turbo back will get you on average 30-40 HP depending on your motor's condition of course.
