Honestly, if you've been running fine with the 91T harness for a while it sounds like a relay went bad somewhere... I'd start by checking out your headlamp relays and go from there.

Who installed your harness for you?

When you hit your horn button, does your horn work or do you JUST get the lights?

I had the same problem when I bought my car.
I cant remember how i fixed it.
I think it had something to do with the stock alarm.

Cheers,

I installed the harness and pretty much it was plug and play except for a few pins... the horn doesnt honk it just gets the headlights to flip up... so think of it as tryingto high beam the person to get there attention rather than honk...also i checked the fuses and the horn fuse was blown i replaced it and it worked again... obviously... and then it blew out again... now i have to figure out where the extra current flow is coming from...

i was gonna say, that'd be a good idea to have the horn honk with a flash of brights just to get someone's attention.
