I matched them up last night only to find they are 2" longer than the stock struts.

if it makes any difference my autozone hatch struts were a good inch to inch and a half longer, didnt affect anything but it did open the hatch further

yea 2 inches longer shouldnt matter? id pay u for hood struts. like if theyre 10-15 bucks after shipping, no big deal if they go out in 6 months... thats 6 cheap months of no wooden stick lol

I need hood struts as well....when I bought the car, it came with an uber-pimp prop-rod -- one of those car washing wool things on a stick...minus the wool...LOL!
