honda rice fix

does anyone know where the VSS is? i have no clue where its located on a 1994 honda civic. Im trying help my friend fix his speedo, it jumps from 0-40mph when were going at like 5 mph, it stays at 20mph when were not moving at all ! its lol. i read the honda service manual and it doesn't show any diagram where the sensor is, so anybody here have any experience with hondaz?


btw its not really riced, the whole car is 1 color! gay green

should be on the trans. (hook up a volt meter and start probing around seeing if you can find where its spikin at. just a suggestion)

I had a hell of a time finding mine on my 1991 accord.

Mine was right under the throttle body on top of the trans. But it was hidden from view so it took about six trips out to the car to track the bitch down.

Most those early 90's honda's had them in about that location, i think.

Start under the throttle body and keep searchin on the trans. The wires were completely out of sight for mine, so it made it extra hard.
