Ok I've been thinking I live in Cali, as you know emission laws are crazy out here!!! I know applying a Dp is illegal anywhere in US, and being in Cali because it rliminater the pre-cat. Ive done some research and saw that a hi flo cat from Random Tech would help you pass smog but not visual inspection. So why not adapt another hi flow cat where the pre cat should be at and you should be ok right? The whole point is that your car is good in emission and visual, installing both 3 inch cats and have it all the easy make it ok?? Just a thought and start a discussion. Maybe ideas or options anyone might have. I'm planning on buying a Dp for my GTE and switch it every 2 years when the car need smog, but of course I Wana beat the system hahaha
