HKS Universal SSQV BOV?

Hi guys,

I want to buy a new brand name Blow Off valve, and I was thinking in the HKS Universal SSQV BOV, because not leak at Idle.

Now I run 14psi (stock CT26) but in future I will buy a Garret GT with 18psi of boost.

I have a walbro FP, 550cc injector with lex AFM.

What do you think?

From friends previous accounts, Greedy Type-S tend to leak at higher boost, and if titghtend to much could possibly blow off the pipe:aigo: . Isolated cases though, not all of them blow up:ugh2: . Just some food for thought.

Well I have run the HKS sa001 universal for years and have never had any problems, so, I think, many others would say the same. Good BOV in my opinion

Yeah man really. Everybody might have the HKS bov including myself, but we got it for one reason, it works.... Always.
