Hks fcd not working ?

ok guyes here are my mods:

7mgte rebuilted (im in break-in period)

ct-26 60-1
Lexus Maf
Rc engeineering injectors 550cc
Innovate motorsport wideband o2
3inch exhaust
Safc Neo
HKS FCD
Turbosmart dual stage boost controller
Spearco replica Ic + custom piping 2.5 in

im not getting any fuel cuts @ 16 psi but i dont want to beat the car too much, since im in break-in... and dont want to overboost too. i tried to put the fcd to norm and cut both dont give me any fuel cut @ 16.

i wired my fcd just before the safc neo (from engine bay) like its said in the fcd manual.

any clues?

lexus afm + 550 will net you around 20 psi before Fuel cut on that 60-1.

16 psi.

That FCD is to help take Fuel Cut OUT not put it in. Fuel Cut DEFENSOR!

As an aside and just an observation. Breaking in a motor with all the parts not being SPOT ON is not very bright.

kk thanks for the info ima remove the the fcd asap :S

but can i get an explanation on why did the 60-1 do something with the fuel cud? lex/550 put the fuel cut @ 16 but how the 60-1 will put it @ 20?

umm english please?

the turbo has nothing to do with FC. The Lex AFM is actually what made the fuel cut go up.

ok but lex afm and 550 injectors increase air flow by approx. 25% that isnt read by the ecu, so 25% more boost before hitting fuel cut. so if the fuel cut stock is around 13 psi, with the maf+injectors its supposed to be around 16-16.5?

why would it be at 20-22 psi?

no.

The AFM does not read pressure. It reads velocity (higher velocity = higher AFM Frequency) and with the IAT gets VOLUME.

That means that with a lex afm being 25% bigger. You are decreasing the velocity of the air read by a factor of X.
