Hi i just got the HKS BOV, hooked it up and it ran and sounded fine. The next day i made upper intercooler pipes, i made the route shorter and the pipes are 2 3/4 or 3 inch (off and evo) and when i ran it, it fluttered. When it boosted it sounded normal but the high pitched noise was cutting in and out with a flutter. Has anyone experienced this. Thanks

with my hks ssq bov it will flutter until i drive on it for about 20 minutes and then the high pitch sound comes to life. I never understood why mine did that but the guys at hpf called hks and the hks rep said it was normal but im not sure about that
I thought the flutter was normal for the SSQV because it has two bypass vavles. One for high pressure and one for low pressure. The flutter is the low pressure one.
It still works, because i can stand in the hood and rev it up and i can see the valve fluttering. So im pretty sure it not comp. surgemkiiSupraMan18 said:
