high idle

sometimes when i start my car it will want to idle anywhere between 2k-3k and throw a CEL. but then after a while the CEL will turn off and the car will run fine.. haven't gotten a chance to check the codes.. but i think its my tps or some sort of idle control.. any ideas???

which pins do i jump in the diagnostic port to get the codes to come up?

i have a 89 turbo auto.

aight, pulled codes 12, 14, 22 and 24...
which i think is the CPS, TPS, igniter and intake air temp sensor..right?

22 is coolant temp sensor. you need to reset your computer by pulling the ecu fuse and start over from there with the codes

Start by fixing the codes in numerical order. The way to fix these are all over this forum, search my friend.

i took out my efi fuse and disconnected my battery to reset everything.. and now im only throwing two codes.. a 22 and 51.
one for cts and one for tps seytems
