so i just took off my throttle linkages to put in my brushed stainless sparkplug galley cover, i put everything back together and now it idles at like 1400 rpms. before i took off the linkages it idled perfect. i realized that if i pull the throttle rod towards the throttle body the idle drops to normal. i'm confused why its idling high now i put everything back together perfect, i even loosened the linkage bracket back up and tried to push it closer to the driver side then retightened it and it didn't help. whats also weird is that when i put it into gear it drops down to normal idle. should i adjust the throttle rod a little longer or what do you guys think?
