HID/Fog light rewire problems

I just installed a set of bi-xenon headlights. They're the 6k bosch, at least the ballasts are. First I did it without a relay but no luck. Only the passenger side headlight works on Hi, and the foglights work on Low. So I wire in the relay according to this diagram -

I'm not really familiar with electrical systems but when shown I can understand. After wiring in the relay to just the drivers side headlight (car h4 connector - relay - HID female connector both lights worked on Hi before I put them into the housings. After I put them into the housings they didn't work. So I took them out of the housings and tried again yet still didn't work. No blown fuses. Stumped. I rewire my foglights according to this write up -

After I get it all finished my fogs still didn't work with the HIDs connected. So I unplugged the HIDs and put regular lights back in. Fogs didn't work and the drivers headlight is really dim.

I am completely stumped. I've searched quite a bit and those were the only two threads I found helpful. Oh also on the empty passenger side headlight connecter after all this I plugged in a regular headlight WITH the HIDs installed and they came on Hi and the Hi beam indicator worked, yet on Low only the reg light worked.

Sorry if this was long I wanted to explain everything and not leave any details out. Any help would be highly appreciated!! Thank you!

There is a left & right side fuse.

If the left side blows then the +12vdc will put that light in series feeding back through other circuits thats why one is bright the other is dim try checking both fuses left & right.
