!!Help!! wont rev past 5k?

Hey guys I have been having this problem since the swap and its really getting old. 86.5 1jz swapped with 440's, 2 3/4 front mount, walbaro 255 and running 11 psi new plugs at .30. After I get to about 5k bad break up and it feel like I hit rev limit which sucks. I have every part from the old swap minus the block and only thing I could maybe think of is I might have put the 7MGE fpr on by mistake but the seem to be exactly the same.

You may be blowing your spark out, try to tighten your gap.

I put in new plugs gapped at .28 car is peppier than before but still the 5k limit im guessing its boost cut because im at 11psi on a generic ECU no cuts or controllers im waiting for my next check to get a emanage so I can put off the cuts and get a street tune
