Help testing cam and crank sensor

I have a no start issue with my stock 1jz, nothing fancy just stock with exhaust. Recently replaced harmonic balancer and drove perfect for a couple days, then it would crank but no fire.

Spark was good, but I had no fuel.

I sent 12v to fuel pump via jumper wire, started right up and idled ok but RPM gauge didn't budge (RPM gauge does not move). Car will only start if I jump 12v to fuel pump.

RPM gauge worked fine before issue, I have tach adapter installed. (RPM gauge was intermittent only toward the end before the no start issue)

Apparently ECU does not want to send signal to fuel pump, my assumption would be lack of signal from cam or crank sensor.

Question, I want to try to test both cam and crank sensors properly at the ECU, is it possible to test at ECU and find sensors to be positively working or would I have to further investigate even though I have proper ohms at the ECU? Or is it even possible to test for ohms at the ECU? and if so, how?

Thanks
