I'm working a L.ED. mod. I'm having trouble with the #74 bulbs from Superbrights. The ones in the dash I can kinda get them to work, it's the one's in the glove box, cigarette lighter, and the foot well that don't work at all! They fall right out. I'm surprised no one's mentioned this before.
Almost all of the #74 bulbs don't really fit, it was suggested that I sand the bulb at an angle. I'm I the only one have trouble with this or I'm I just stoned? Any other suggestions?

I had to sand most (if not all my #74's).

Look at exactly why they are not staying in. The top of the base (near the end of the contacts) is too broad. You need to sand down that area so that the bulb will fit in further... Kinda a pain to sand, but it's not hard to figure out. Some of mine still are not tight, but they stay in just fine...

if they were backwards the light wouldnt turn on. leds are polar specific. Did you guys buy ones that are all plastic or the kind that are build with pcb board and smt leds? The pcb style are much better. They are brighter and fit better

They wouldn't stay in at alll.
They are the plastic kind, it was a bulb, not p.c.b. board.
