Help me please...!2jz over heating

hey guys i have a 2jzgte in a mk3 i just did my fuel system (injectors ,2 fuel pumps and lines)
i also installed Aem v2 i took the car to the shop to get tuned and they got the car started. they went to street tune it on 9 psi (didnt have a boost controller) they said it couldnt get tune because the car started over heating i had e-fans (flex -a-lite ) and notice one fan wasnt working so i change it to another set of fans (maxima fans ) and bleed the system and still over heated ,i changed radiator and put on a stock clutch fan , and still over heated just took out the thermostat and still ...the shop toed me they think its a bhg but i have no white smoke and my oil is fine! this all started after i did my fuel and ecu
also my friend said that my car is leaning out after 4000 rpm (i didnt notice ) could that be a reason ?
help me please....

Is it over heating when idling too? or is it only when your in boost?

Are you loosing water?

When idling for about 40 mins it starts to over heat, I checked for leaks and nothing

Is your water pump even moving any water?
How did you bleed this cooling system? Some time you have to jack up the front of the car a bit to do a clean bleed.
Do you have the maxima fans wired into a temperature switch?
What temp does the switch activate?
