OK this might be a really dumb question but i dotn want to screw anything up.

i just removed all my injectors etc and it said to make sure to disconnect the battery while doing this. so i did. but my one window was down. now i have everythign torn apart and it is raining.

is it ok for me to hook my battery back up so i can put my window up or will that screw something up since everythign is not hooked up?

Disconnecting the battery is a standard precaution when doing mechanical work, so you don't short out anything.

As long as you don't try to start the engine and make sure that there are no loose wires shorted to ground, you'll be fine.
