So, a few days ago my power steering belt decided to come loose and get shredded by the fan no big deal i pulled over made it so it wouldnt come loose and drove home, the next day i replaced it, when i was replacing it i screwed up my alternator bracket by over tightening one ofthe adjustments so i tapped that out no big deal again right? well i get all the belts back on tight and everything and i try and start the car, nothing at all no lights no stereo nothign the only things that work are the headlights and the hazzards ive looked at the hanes manual and the tsm and i cant make sence of them, would a supra guru be nice enough to help me figure out what is going on :1zhelp:
Thanks, Cam

Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
Did you arc and spark something? Never work on the car with the battery connected.

Check the alternator and main power fusible links. Both need to be good to supply power to the ignition switch. Since the headlights work the other links in the fuse box must be OK.

If you don't find the fusable link, then it is burned up...

Oh one other thing, you could have tossed the alternator belt too, and discharged the battery. That is what the light on the dash means. You are discharging the battery. Did you have to replace the alternator belt too?
