I have run through the tests specified in that link and the only problem is that is dies not snap back all the way on its own. Is there a way to clean it out safely? I'm not too big on spraying brake cleaner into sensors for obvious reasons. Other than that issue everything checks out good. What should be used to clean out the spring area?

I was a communications specialist working as a mechanic for the past 2 deployments. Anything from light wheel to our recovery vehicles like the 88. Basically a big ass tank with a boom instead of a cannon. We focused more on the rg33's since that's what we had more of.
And thak you for all the info and links to the walk thru. It seems that when I have it off the tb it is within every spec given in the write up but when put back on the tb its so far off its not funny. Time for a new one.

International does something similar to Toyota. That is why I asked, maybe you are familiar with it. Toyota calls the signal IDL, International calls it IVS. That is Idle Validation Switch. And when the throttle opens, the switch closes.
