Hey with my lights off my break lights work but with them on they dont and my turn signals dont work either with the lights off or on. I have an aftermarket steering wheel and quick release hub. My hazards do work btw

Just check the harness at the tail lights and at the fuse panel at the kick panel area driver side
I highly doubt the quick release install had anything to do with it but what quick release did you install? And have you checked the fuses and harnesses

Fuses and harness are fine i think i found the problem the wires to wheel are grounded i did not ground the sterring hub
If the above suggestions do not work try looking at your break light relay. It is a small electrical box mounted near your driver side rear tail light. I had a problem of my break lights turning off when I pressed the break pedal. It was a bad solder joint in the circuit of that box.
