Help Boost Creep Problem???

Guys some fag recently broke into my car, broke my window and stole my HKS evc 4. Im running on stock wastegate and when i hit the gas my guage will read 8psi then in higher rpms it will creep up to 17psi . What can cause this boost creep? Any help would be appreciated

Im having same problem although I just hit fuel cut but my problem turned out to be my wastegate

Ohh i see i have a friend here that has about 5 wastegates here in Houston, ill borrow some to try em out and see if its my wastegate thanks .

My vote would be wastegate isn't working properly as well.
