Heater core delete

So I I'm building an mk3 turbo supra with the 7mgte. Right now I have the whole engine out because I am rebuilding it and I wanted to bypass the heater core on the head. I've been looking and searching left and right on how to do this right and I can't seem to find it anywhere. If you guys could help me ok telling me how to bypass it correctly without having any problems. Thank you the reason I want to do this is to remove all the clutter from the engine itself and the firewall

It's goes from back of head to the pipe that wraps around the block.

Their are two ways you can do this, you can weld the two pipes or you can just put a rubber plug and clamp's on them. As for the part that is inside the car, the best thing to do is to leave it alone, unless you want to remove the whole dash.
