Heater blows hot air when completely shut off

91 7m and just as the title states the heater will blow hot sit even if it's off. When it's cold outside its great, but when it's hot outside it sucks. I've dropped the temp all the way down to 65 before shutting off the heater, and it helps but still blows hot air. Any insight? Thanks for the help

sounds like the vsv on your heater control valve is stuck open

Mine's the same way... just put it on recirculating and close the front vents. That usually works for me.
