Headlights are on when the shouldn't be, car won't start.

My battery is dead, so i just went to jump my car and the headlights came on. the switch is turned off, but they're on anyways. Nothing inside my car works. no lights, no radio, nothing. I was installing IC piping and a new TPS sensor. Thats all i've had disconnected. Whats up?

Probably tripped the alarm when you had the battery out or dead. Hook up good battery, shut doors, hatch and hood. Lock the driver door with the key then wait till the red light on the dash turns from solid to flashing. Then unlock the door with the key and the alarm will be reset. Then see what happens.
