ok so this would be the best place to ask. I just got this supra with a blown head gasket. I have done more then one head gasket rebuilt.It will be my 1st 7m-gte but I betting it's the same as any other motor you pull the get a good head gasket check the head and block for warping,or anything. If so get shaved. I'm also trying to get some apr head stud's while im in the motor guess i should take care of that.I also noticed the driver side door does not work.will need to fix that. and the wiring harnness look's like crap so I will be doing alot of wire work on this one but that's ok.No worry's. since I'm goona have the head of do you guy suggest any thing esle I should do.
