having problems with starting car and giving gas

Alright so just to let yall know this only happens in the morning for some odd reason.

So basically I will go out out to my car and try to start it it will start after several trys and I will give it some gas but instead of my rpm going up it goes down and bogs horribly but at the same time I give it gas the vacuum does increase on my boost guage any ideas or clues to what this might be.

It only happens at the first start of the day.

ok so know the car will even do it when I'm driving I will give it gas and it will slowly start to die but if I balance the throttle in a certain spot particularly in a low gas position it will give me a little bit a gas but then start to act up again could a fcd cause this problem mabye I have an f-con with it so it should be safe and I'm running stock boost with a walbro aswell.
