Hallman Pro MBC Q's

Picked up a Hallman mbc locally and installed it. Easy as i thought. I now have a few Q's reguarding the mbc. Currently its getting its boost source from the CT26 Housing Nipple/line and of course back into the wastegate actuator. I did multiple test runs only seeing 6psi with adjustments going over x2 full turns after testing. Still nothing. Everything is installed correctly.

Does the mbc need to sit a certain way for maximum results?

Can this mbc be shot?

Being that hallman makes reputable BC can it be leaking?

or am i just a retard?

well quite honestly after the 2 full turns i didnt see any change so i just decided to call it a day and stop disturbing my neighborhood with mutiple pulls of a loudass supra lol. By any chance do you believe that that may just be my problem? im sure two full turns should have been enough for at least ~2psi?
