Hey guys,

I work at a machine shop and have been considering making my own aluminum wheel spacers.. I figure if I get enough interest, maybe I can get a deal on some material and make more than just the one set. They could be made to whatever thickness, so I'd just need your requests.. These would be the proper, relieved style that actually lock onto the hub, not the cheap egay style that simply slide over the studs, which is known to cause bad wheel vibrations and broken studs in some cases..

Depending on how this goes, the cost would naturally lower as orders increase due to time and material cost. I suppose this would be a group buy of sorts, and possibly up the production if the product does well..

Let me know what you guys think, and how much you would be willing to pay for such a product (pairs only). ill have more info on cost and lead time in a couple days..

thanks
-chris

what kind of prices are you guys willing to pay for such a thing??? the only reference i have are H&R's spacers which would be almost exactly like the ones i plan on making. prices start at about 110 per spacer with studs and whatnot (H&R), if you want one more than 5mm wide that is.. my personal application is going to be about a 1/4in. going on behind 95 na rims. But ill get more specific when the time comes..

im pretty sure i can get them out the door for less than that, but again i have to check some material costs
