My freakin doors froze shut, i bent my key trying to unlock the doors. My drivers side door locks and inside doorhandle wont budge. I hope i didnt break anything yanking the handle too hard trying to get in the car. Also crawling in through the passenger side over the console is FTL

Thats my rant, F**k cold weather

also helps to spray all your rubber with silicone and if the lock is frozen, use your lighter to heat the key up.... heat it, put it in, let is sit a minute, repeat

Silicone is a good idea, but it will come off on your hands and clothing and I dont know about you guys, but I absolutely can't stand the dry weird feeling that silicone spray/paste leaves on my hands .

A better idea, and I'm not kidding: Chapstick. It leaves no film behind, and it works beautifully.
Buy whatever kind you want, I used the regular Chapstick brand with the black label, but if you want to go all out and get Cherry flavored, go right ahead. ;)
