With the turbo timer you shouldnt have to splice anything but the parking brake wire. Just but a turbo timer harness for your model year. They are like $15 from horsepowerfreaks.com and save you lots of hassle. As for the BCC,
Already got the P'n'P ignition harness, but the speed signal (purple wire) on the harness what pin-out on the 1JZ ecu is that? The brown goes to handbrake.
You are correct in that the Brown goes to the hand brake. You really don't need the speed signal wire, Ive got probably the same Greddy Turbo timer as you and it has no issues without the speed signal wire connected. Its optional anyway.
