Good drivability, poor performance IMHO

My 91 turbo 7m has fair to good drivability manners but isn't pulling under boost like it should.

Boss 550 4.5 GTS 60-1 DBB turbo
3 inch exhaust
2 1/2 hard pipes
Driftmotion intercooler
AFC Neo
Areomotive FPR @ 30 psi with vacuum plugged in
RC 550's
Walbro 255

This thing seems pretty lazy. Compression is good and pulls 22 inches of vacuum at idle.

Rained in Houston today, won't even spin the tires on wet pavement in 2nd.

W/B says I'm low 10's afr's.

I know that is a little rich, so tried tuning with the NEO and fuel pressure, leaned it out some and felt like it had more zip, but can't get the idle to settle down.

Went to the afm and tapped it lightly with a screwdriver handle, idle seemed to change when tapped.

Honestly, I think it felt faster stock. I am hoping I have missed something along the way.

Kinda don't know what to look at or test next.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Wayne

Well, I'm noticing from your mods list posted in your sig that you haven't stated having a Lexus AFM or MAFT/PRO.

Is this true?

I know your AFR's are stating that it's not too far off path, but it's something simple as that that can throw off your power capabilities quick.

As Damian says, it could definately be a boost leak.

Has your turbo been rebuilt recently or is it still pretty fresh?

A dying turbo with a lot of miles kills your power like night and day difference.

Yeah, thought about mentioning that after I sent it. But to answer your question, yes, I have Supra Sport 2 1/2 inch hard pipe kit and silicone couplers with T bolt clamps.

Thanks for responding.

I'm sorry, I have the LIPP AFM housing , and the turbo has maybe 10-12K on it.

Thanks
