Hi,
I'm getting surge/flutter on a almost new HKS SSQV (new type). It hasn't been used more then 1000km's. The old turbo was spitting out a fair amount of oil, so the BOV was spitting out oil, then I got the turbo overhauled. After this the BOV started getting surge/flutter. Can it be that the oil has caused this?
It tends to happen with slow acceleration and when I shift around 0 bar, with full boost it's good.
