Getting back into the swing..

Not alot of people know that I had surgery in early november, Some of you know from an old thread of "post a pic of what you look like" that avout 7 years ago I was 440+lbs. I am now 230 and shrinking. I decided to get the extra skin cut off because it was really annoying .. Just the skin on my stomach. Tech term "Abdominal Plasty" they removed 24lbs of extra skin and it took me untill about 2 weeks ago to really get over it. It was NOT FUN.. :cry: My skin was donated to a burn center so hopefully it can help someone out.

Just wanted to say hello to all my old friends and try and get back to the posts... :icon_bigg
