My gauge cluster lights dont work at all, And my CC lights work in day mode, But with the headlights on they flash on for a spilt second, then go out. All my fuses are ok, And i took the whole gauge cluster apart, The wiring and plugs all look ok, And all the gauges work and light bulbs look ok. I remember reading something about the foglight being out causing the gauge lights not to work, But i cant find it now. Is there any relays or anything involved with this? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

^^^Yep, 99.9% of the time that's the case.

You can bypass the dimmer by unplugging it and placing a jumper between the white wire with black stripe and the white wire with the green stripe. This will put the guages and CC to full brightness until you rebuild or replace the dimmer.

I couldn't imagine how something wrong with the foglights would cause the dash lighting to go out... got a link?

check the foglight grounds, and if they're good, check for voltage at the connectors, if there's voltage, then get new bulbs.

Seriously, just tell them you need a 55W H3 bulb for your fogs... they're very common.
