fusible link?

Ok guys, I'm new to the supra thing just bought a 87 turbo 5 speed targa top that wont start. The wiring diagrams from alldata and a online downloaded toyota service manual show a fusible link before the switched side of the starter relay, but neither manuals want to give a location. Anyone know where this fusible link is located?? Thanks
